Joint Center Workforce Policy Team Presents at the AABHE Conference

Joint Center Workforce Senior Policy Analyst Justin Nalley and Policy Analyst Dr. Gabrielle Smith Finnie presented their research at the American Association of Blacks in Higher Education 2025 – Breaking Boundaries: Cultivating Inclusive Leadership Conference.

They provided an overview of the Child Care Access Means Parents in School program (CCAMPIS) trends, explored whether the program serves community colleges with high Black student enrollment, and discussed recommendations to improve CCAMPIS and center Black student parents in federal policy.
