The panelists include Zest Al Chief Legal Officer Theodore Flo, Upstart Head of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs Vice President Nat Hoopes, and Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Senior Economic Advisor and Economist Julapa Jagtiani.
