The Journals of Blacks in Higher Education highlighted the Joint Center Board of Governors’ appointment of Dedrick Asante-Muhammad as president of America’s Black think tank.

From the article: “Dedrick Asante-Muhammad has been selected as the next president of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. The center, located in the District of Columbia, is a public policy think tank focusing on research that has a positive impact on people and communities of color. Throughout his career, Asante-Muhammad has worked at various non-profit organizations. He most recently served as vice president of racial economic equity and research at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition.”
