Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) Hires a Black Chief of Staff

In January 2017, Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) promoted Brennan Britton to chief of staff. Britton previously served as the state director for Senator Moran from 2013 to 2017. With this promotion, Britton became the second black chief of staff in the 115th Congress, joining Jennifer DeCasper from Senator Tim Scott’s (R-SC) office.
