Joint Center Spoke at National Academies Webinar on the Child Tax Credit and Earned Income Tax Credit

Joint Center Vice President, Policy Jessica Fulton participated in the National Academies’ “Policy Perspectives on the Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit” webinar.

Her remarks focused on how possible reforms to the Child Tax Credit and Earned Income Tax Credit could potentially affect Black children in disparate ways based on the evidence of how the economy works for Black households.

Fulton was joined by Sharon Parrott, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities; Kyle Pomerleau, American Enterprise Institute; and Matt Weidinger, American Enterprise Institute.
