Joint Center Signs Letter in Support of Kristen Clarke to Lead Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice

The Joint Center joined over 100 national organizations in signing a letter of support for Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law President & Executive Director Kristen Clarke to be the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Other signatories include Center for American Progress, Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP), Demand Justice, Demos, Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, NAACP, NAACP LDF, National Action Network, National Employment Law Project, National Urban League, Public Citizen, Vote Latino, and more.
