On September 30, Joint Center President Spencer Overton participated in the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 2020 Annual Legislative Conference panel concerning the future of work and COVID-19’s impact on the workforce. Other panelists include Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE), chief economist at LinkedIn Karin Kimbrough, and senior fellow and advisor at the Aspen Institute Alastair Fitzpayne.
