Joint Center Workforce Policy Director Dr. Kayla Elliott participated in Commonsense American and the National Skills Coalition’s Public Support for Short-Term Pell briefing.Â
The briefing allowed panelists to go over their collective insights on Workforce Pell and demonstrate the commitment to workforce development. Panelists included Allison Dembeck, vice president of Policy for Education and Immigration, U.S. Chamber, and Carrie Warick-Smith, vice president of Policy, Association of Community College Trustees.Â
