Joint Center Comments HBCC’s Impact in HigherEdJobs

In HigherEdJobs, Joint Center Workforce Policy Director Dr. Kayla Elliott commented on the essential role that historically Black and predominantly Black community colleges play in best serving Black students.

Dr. Elliott notes: “When research, practice, and support are centered on understanding Historically Black Community Colleges as an integral part of their respective communities, we can better understand each institution’s contributions and importance to the local workforce and economy.”
