Joint Center Participated in Next Narrative Summit Panel on Youth Employment

Joint Center Vice President, Policy Jessica Fulton participated in Annie E. Casey’s Next Narrative Summit’s “Creating the Next Narrative To Drive Youth Employment” session. The panelists discussed the narrative difficulties that keep employers from building pathways for young people, especially young people of color, to build skills and careers. The panelists also discussed ways to tell positive narratives that position the strengths of young people to build policies and practices that support their employment.

Fulton was joined by Tony Monfiletto, executive director, Instituto del Puente, Future Focused Education, and Alicia Wilson, managing director and global head of Philanthropy for the North America Region, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
