Joint Center Joins Consumer Reports Panel on Improving Broadband Across the U.S.

Joint Center Technology Policy Director Dr. Dominique Harrison joined a virtual event of Consumer Reports to discuss ways to improve broadband across the United States. She also spoke about the impact of the digital divide on communities of color, and what she believes is standing in the way of progress.

In July, Dominique will release the Joint Center’s most recent work on expanding broadband in the Black Rural South.
