Congresswoman Yvette Clarke (D-NY) and Congressman Mike Doyle (D-PA) provided opening remarks. Panelists included Boston University Professor of Law Danielle Keats Citron, Former Wikimedia General Counsel Mike Godwin, Stanford Cyber Policy Center Platform Regulation Director Daphne Keller, and Fordham Professor of Law & McGannon Center Director Olivier Sylvain.
