New America’s Good Jobs Collaborative hosted the Not Working for Workers: The First 100 Days of the Trump Administration event. The event included opening remarks from Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), New York Times Columnist Jamelle Bouie, Erica Smiley of Jobs with Justice, a panel of national labor leaders and worker advocates, and closing remarks from Joint Center Workforce Policy Director Dr. Kayla Elliott.
