The Guardian Highlights Joint Center Research on Small Businesses

The Guardian highlighted the Joint Center’s survey results from Exploring Challenges for Small-Business Owners Across Race in an article on how “rising rents and rapid developments” are leading more Black small-business owners to close their businesses.

From The Guardian: “A survey conducted by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies found that 32% of Black small-business owners reported facing issues with the increasing cost of commercial rent.”
