Joint Center Joins Panel ‘Shaping a Workforce Ecosystem that Endures’ at 2025 Further Together Conference

Senior Policy Analyst Dr. Gabrielle Smith Finnie spoke on a panel titled: Shaping a Workforce Ecosystem that Endures at the 2025 Further Together Conference: Advancing Equity Through Workforce Philanthropy. This closing plenary brought together diverse voices to discuss what is needed to design systems that weave together students, workers, employers, practitioners, funders, and policymakers into a system that is resilient and equitable.

Additional panelists included: Danielle Vetter, MetLife Foundation, Assistant Vice President; Angela Jackson, Future Forward Institute, CEO; Alisha Small, Living Fulfilled Coaching and Consulting, Founder; and Chong-Anna Canfora, MI AFL-CIO Workforce Development Institute, Executive Director.
