Joint Center Workforce Policy Director Dr. Kayla Elliott participated in the Lumina Foundation and Complete College America virtual discussion, “Equitable College Completion: Discussing Support for Predominantly Black Community Colleges and Historically Black Community Colleges.” Dr. Elliott helped shed light on the imperative role HBCC’s play in shaping the landscape of postsecondary education. She also discussed ways to ensure these institutions are at the forefront of funding considerations.
