Joint Center Vice President, Policy Joins ABFE Conference Panel on Mobilizing for Social and Political Action

Joint Center Vice President, Policy Jessica Fulton joined the ABFE annual conference, serving as a panelist on the plenary entitled “Getting our Souls to the Polls!” The discussion focused on mobilizing for social and political action, particularly in addressing systemic challenges disproportionately affecting Black communities. Panelists discussed the current and future political landscape, in light of the upcoming 2024 election season.

Panelists included Ben Crump, president and founder of Ben Crump Law; Britton Smith Sr., director of strategy partnerships at Reform Alliance; Alethea Bonello, Missouri regional leader Black Voters Matter Fund; and Gabriel Gore, St. Louis circuit attorney.
