Joint Center Spoke on CBC Chairman Steven Horsford’s CBCF Panel ‘The Black Wealth Agenda’

Joint Center Vice President, Policy Jessica Fulton participated in the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference’s “The Black Wealth Agenda” panel.

This panel discussion focused on some key aspects of the CBC’s Black Wealth Agenda and how this plan has been and can be implemented by leaders directly working with Black communities to improve their socioeconomic status and civic engagement.

Rep. Steven Horsford (D-NV), Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, moderated the panel. Fulton was joined on the panel by Wemimo Abbey, co-founder, co-CEO of Esusu; Sean Mendy, co-founding partner, Westbound Equity; Everett Sands, CEO and president, Lendistry; and Sam Tweedy, CEO, Black Economic Alliance.
