Joint Center President Spencer Overton joined Bloomberg Law On The Merits podcast to discuss the trend of elections following the 2022 midterm elections.

According to Spencer, “some of us are concerned about lawsuits by political operatives determining the outcome of elections rather than voters determining the outcome of elections… we don’t want lawsuits to allow elections rules to become an extension of gerrymandering with the politicians selecting the voters rather than voters selecting the politicans.”
