Joint Center Workforce Policy Director Dr. Kayla Elliott participated in Howard University’s HBCU Center virtual event, “From Participation to Power: HBCU Policy Strategy, Advocacy, and Systems Change.”
The Center brings together researchers and practitioners to strengthen HBCUs through research and programming. Its work highlights how HBCUs have long challenged barriers to Black opportunity and fosters a collaborative research network that advances institutional and scholarly partnerships.
