Joint Center Joins Association for Enterprise Opportunity Webinar on Advancing Black Business Ownership and Economic Equity

Joint Center Vice President, Policy Jessica Fulton joined the Association for Enterprise Opportunity (AEO) Equity and Opportunity for All series webinar, “Weaving the Future: Advancing Black Business Ownership and Economic Equity.”

The panel focused on Black-owned enterprises and the diversity of experiences and strategies they encounter. This event also highlighted findings from the AEO’s Black Business Ownership Fact Sheet, providing insights into the impact, challenges, and future potential of this sector of the economy.

Additional panelists included Nicole Elam, president & CEO, National Bankers Association; Dr. Kenneth Harris, president & CEO, National Business League; and Stephanie DeVane, vice president of Entrepreneurship & Business Development, National Urban League.
