Joint Center Hosts Dr. Lisa Cook, Congresswoman Terri Sewell, and More at Our Office

The Joint Center was honored to host Dr. Lisa Cook, Congresswoman Terri Sewell, and several of Dr. Cook’s close friends and family at our office this week.

Our organization has been a longtime advocate for Dr. Cook’s nomination and confirmation to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Amidst the Supreme Court hearings, we continue to stand firm in support of Dr. Cook.

This gathering took place after Joint Center President Dedrick Asante-Muhammad spoke at a press conference organized by Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) on the steps of the Supreme Court in support of Dr. Cook.
