Joint Center’s Black Talent Initiative Director Gives Guest Lecture at Howard University

Joint Center’s Black Talent Initiative Director Don Bell gave a guest lecture to political science students at Howard University.

The lecture, titled “Diversity and Policymaking on Capitol Hill,” discussed his path to Capitol Hill, the findings of our 2015 Senate report, and the findings of the 2018 House report. Don also talked about pathways to Capitol Hill and the lessons learned from Joint Center’s advocacy in the diversity space.
