Black Star News shared the Joint Center President Dedrick Asante-Muhammad’s statement on the loss of Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr.
“We mourn the loss of Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr., a six-term House member and…Black representative from New Jersey. Payne, Jr., who was a friend of the Joint Center, served on a 2015 organizational host committee for a three-day roundtable focused on criminal justice, technology, financial services, and energy workforce,” said Joint Center President Dedrick Asante-Muhammad in the statement.
