The Joint Center is seeking a Development Coordinator.
The Joint Center is enhancing its internal capacity to meet the demand for expert leadership in this critical time for advancing Black communities. The Joint Center’s strategic plan calls for implementing a development program to double annual revenue by 2025. The organization will achieve this growth by deepening existing donor relationships and establishing a pipeline of restricted and unrestricted donors with an emphasis on philanthropic foundations.
The Development Coordinator will support the organization’s development goals by helping to implement an ambitious, multi-year fundraising strategy that includes outreach to individuals, corporations, and foundations. By assisting with data management, events planning, and fundraising-related project management, the Development Coordinator will help enhance the Joint Center’s leadership on key issues affecting Black communities.

This is a full-time position with the potential for a flexible location. The salary for this position will range from $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience, and comes with an excellent benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
