In our latest report, "Improving Training Evaluation Data to Brighten the Future of Black Workers," the Joint Center studied 80 workforce training programs. Only a select few could demonstrate successful outcomes for Black participants, while the vast majority failed to track outcomes by race at all. We propose four recommendations for policymakers that will lead to better outcomes for Black workers.
