Joint Center Co-Writes Section of New Report on the Future of Work

Joint Center President Spencer Overton and Workforce Policy Director Harin Contractor co-wrote a section of a new report, Taking Action: Positioning Low-Income Workers to Succeed in a Changing Economy, with National Skills Coalition CEO Andy Van Kleunen and State Policy Analyst Molly Bashay. The section, An Unequal Future of Work Requires Difference Training Strategies for Vulnerable Workers, focuses on tactics for low-income workers to excel in the changing economy including employer-based upskilling and digital learning.
