Dwight L. Bush is the President of UrbanTrust Bank (UTB), an affiliate of the RLJ Companies founded by former BET CEO Robert Johnson. At UTB, Mr. Bush oversees the development and implementation of programs including growth of the bank's deposit base, and strategic business lines such as mortgage and student loan programs. Mr. Bush has over 24 years of corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisition and strategic finance expertise. Prior to joining Urban Trust Bank, Mr. Bush founded D.L. Bush & Associates, LLC, focusing on investments in financial services companies, small business investment corporations and specialized tax credit programs. Mr. Bush spent 15 years at the Chase Manhattan Bank, where he became that organization's first African American Managing Director. Mr. Bush is a graduate of Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences.

Among the 7.7 million workers whose earnings may increase exclusively as a result of the proposed federal increases, about half (52.6 percent, or 4 million) are whites, about one in six (17.7 percent, or 1.4 million) are African Americans, nearly one quarter (23.9 percent, or 1.8 million) are Hispanics, 2.5 percent are Asians or Pacific Islanders, and 1.3 percent are American Indians and Alaska Natives.
